Main season - June to August
The rate for the entire house is β¬450 per night / β¬3150 for 7 days.
Off-season - September to May
The rate for the entire house is β¬300 per night / β¬2,100 for 7 days.
Terms and conditions
Here you will find all information about our conditions - customised to your individual requirements if necessary.
Rental period
The minimum stay is generally 7 nights β however, we are happy to consider individual requests for shorter or longer stays.
Deposit
A deposit of 1000 β¬ will be paid as security for your stay. After your departure and a proper handover of the villa, we will refund the amount immediately within 7 days.

We want you to enjoy a relaxing, high-quality and unforgettable stay with us.
To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:
Comfort & Respect
Our villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality materials.
We would appreciate it if you treat it like your own home and handle all furnishings with care.
Guests & Occupancy
The villa is exclusively available to the booked guests.
Additional visitors must be agreed with us in advance.
Overnight stays by additional persons are not permitted.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is possible from 15:00
- Check-out is until 10:00
Earlier check-in or later check-out may be possible depending on availability β please feel free to contact us.
Peace & Relaxation
The area is ΰ€Άΰ€Ύΰ€ΰ€€ and ideal for unwinding.
We kindly ask for special consideration between 22:00 and 07:00.
Atmosphere instead of Parties
Villa ELKO is a place for relaxation and enjoyment β
therefore, larger celebrations or parties are not permitted.
Enjoy Fresh Air
The villa is non-smoking indoors.
You are welcome to smoke outside β we simply ask for responsible disposal.
Pets
To ensure the highest level of comfort for all guests, pets are currently not permitted.
Cleanliness & Care
We place great importance on quality and hygiene.
A respectful use of the villa helps us maintain this standard.
Standard final cleaning is included β in case of excessive soiling, additional charges may apply.
Plumbing & Sanitary System
To protect the sensitive plumbing system, we kindly ask:
Do not dispose of hygiene products, wet wipes, or similar items in the toilet.
Sustainability
In Croatia, resources are particularly valuable.
We would appreciate it if you:
- use water responsibly
- operate the air conditioning only with closed windows
- ventilate regularly
- switch off lights and devices when leaving the house
Equipment & Appliances
Please use all appliances and the air conditioning responsibly.
We kindly ask you not to rearrange furniture and to treat the interior with care.
Safety
Please make sure to close all windows and doors when leaving the villa.
This helps keep everything safe and secure.

Should anything happen:
Please let us know briefly β we will take care of it promptly.
Infrastructure Notice
In rare cases, external supply interruptions (electricity/water/internet) may occur in Croatia.
We kindly ask for your understanding and will support you as best as possible.
Damages & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
We always aim for a fair and transparent resolution.
Legal Requirements (Croatia)
According to Croatian law, we are required to register all guests.
For this purpose, we require a valid ID before arrival.
