Our idea

Our idea was to create a place where you feel at home from the very first moment - a refuge that combines modern comfort with the special atmosphere of Dalmatia. With great attention to detail, we have designed the villa in such a way that it offers space for relaxation, time together and unforgettable experiences. It is our wish that you not only spend your holiday here, but also find a piece of home for a while.

The house

This stylish holiday home in a clear, modern Bauhaus style stands in the midst of the idyllic nature of the Pelješac peninsula. In addition to a spacious living area on the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor. It was completed in 2026 to the latest standards and features and sleeps 6 people. Just a few steps from the sparkling sea, you can enjoy spectacular views, elegant architecture and the highest level of living comfort. 
The house is the ideal setting for families, couples and groups in an exclusive neighbourhood.

The property

The plot of 400 square metres is located in a small, newly developed, exclusive residential area and impresses with its hillside location not far from the beach and the port of Drače. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views over the glittering sea and the green surroundings - a perfect combination of natural idyll and proximity to the water.

The location

Drače is a small coastal village in Croatia, located on the Pelješac peninsula. It is located in the Dalmatia region directly on the Adriatic Sea, about 80 km north-west of Dubrovnik, 100 km south of Mostar and 170 km from Split.
