Getting Ready for our first rental season
We are excited to prepare Villa ELKO for its very first rental season! Over the past weeks, we have been putting a lot of care and love into every detail to make sure our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment. From fresh outdoor areas and cozy interiors to small family-friendly touches – everything is designed to create a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We can’t wait to welcome families, friends, and travelers to experience unforgettable moments by the sea.

A big step forward in March
March marks a truly special milestone for us. After nearly a year of waiting, the electricity meter has finally been installed – bringing the house fully to life at last. What once was a vision is now ready to become a place of comfort, warmth, and unforgettable moments.
With power now running through the house, we are putting the final touches on both the interior and the garden. Every detail is carefully completed, and with each step, we are getting closer to welcoming our first guests. We are incredibly happy and grateful – the house is almost ready.

Preparing for the season ahead
February in Croatia is a quiet, almost magical time. While the sea rests and the summer crowds feel far away, life around the house slowly awakens again. It is the season of care and preparation – the olive trees are gently pruned, the soil is nourished, and everything is set in motion for the months to come.
Here at the house, we take this time to prepare not just the garden, but the entire place for the first season with guests. With every branch cut and every touch of care, we are getting ready to welcome you back to long, warm days, the scent of the sea, and the calm beauty of Dalmatia.

Our new vacation home in Drače – Welcome to the Croatian coast
After many years of planning, decisions and construction, the moment has finally arrived:
Our holiday home in Drače on the Pelješac peninsula is now completed.
From the very beginning, our goal was to create a place where you feel comfortable the moment you arrive – modern, peaceful and with a view of the sea. Built in 2024 and 2025, the house was designed with a clear and simple style in mind: clean lines, bright rooms and an open layout.
We placed great emphasis on comfort. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom, the ground floor is open and spacious, and large windows bring light and the surrounding landscape into the house. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in summer, while underfloor heating provides comfort during the cooler months.
For us, this house is more than just a construction project – it is a place to arrive, unwind and truly breathe.
We are very happy to share this special piece of Pelješac with our guests.

We were excited as the exterior took shape, revealing the house’s character.
Completing the structural shell was a major milestone. The focus now moved to interior design and furnishings — a phase filled with creativity, ideas, and many important decisions.
With the end of the main construction works in sight, the focus shifted to refining the interior details and shaping the outdoor spaces.
